How Betting Roach collects, uses, and protects your information.

Betting Roach (bettingroach.com) is operated by Konstantinos Diamantis, an individual based in Athens, Greece. Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "Betting Roach" refer to the operator of this site.

We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us directly — your name and email address when you sign up for a free resource, join our mailing list, or request a 1-on-1 consulting session.
- Consulting booking details — contact details and scheduling information needed to arrange and deliver a paid consulting session.
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on site, referring pages, device and browser type, and approximate location (derived from IP address), collected through analytics tools once enabled.
- Referral and affiliate data — when you click a link to a betting tool or bookmaker we recommend, a tracking identifier is generated so the partner can attribute any resulting sign-up to Betting Roach. This does not give us access to your account or activity on the partner's platform.

3. How We Use It
- To deliver the free guides, spreadsheets, or resources you request
- To schedule and provide paid consulting sessions
- To send you our newsletter or promotional updates, where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve content and navigation
- To correctly attribute referrals to our affiliate partners so commissions are paid accurately
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site
4. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

- Contract — for information needed to schedule and deliver a consulting session you have booked and paid for.

5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the following categories of service provider, each acting as a processor on our behalf or as an independent party for their own referral records:

We keep contact details for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list or have an ongoing consulting relationship with us, and for a reasonable period after in case of follow-up questions or legal requirements. Analytics data is retained in aggregate or anonymised form beyond the short identified retention window set in our analytics tool.
